What is the difference between the three interior packages?
Interior Refresh is a basic vacuum, wipe-down and window clean for a vehicle that is already well kept. Interior Deep Clean adds detailed vacuuming, thorough cleaning of all accessible surfaces, and cleaning of carpets, mats and fabric seats. Premium Interior Detail adds extra steps such as steam cleaning of seams and crevices, door jambs and sills, seat rails and finishing work.
Is the Interior Refresh a deep clean?
No. It is a quick tidy for a vehicle that is already in good shape. It does not include shampooing, extraction, intensive stain removal or heavy pet hair removal. If your interior needs more, choose the Deep Clean.
Do you come to my home or work?
Yes. We are a mobile service. We come to your home, workplace or another suitable spot in Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville at no travel fee. Elsewhere in Saskatchewan, mileage is $0.75/km round trip, quoted before we book.
What areas do you serve?
Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville at no extra travel cost. Anywhere else in Saskatchewan, mileage is quoted upfront and confirmed before we book.
What if my vehicle is very dirty or has a lot of pet hair?
Tell us in the booking form. If the condition needs extra labour, we will explain the proposed extra charge and you decide whether to go ahead. We never add a charge you have not approved.
Is the price I see final?
Package prices are starting prices by vehicle category. Add-ons marked with a plus are starting prices too. Your total in the form is an estimate. We confirm the price with you before we start, and nothing is added without your approval.
Do I pay when I book?
No. Booking sends us a request and takes no payment. We confirm your time with you, complete the service, then you pay after the job by e-transfer, cash or a secure Stripe link.
What hours do you work?
We book 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including evenings and overnight.
What is your cancellation policy?
No fee with at least 4 hours' notice. If we arrive and can't get in, we may charge the minimum for the time we held for you.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it at no charge. This applies to our cleaning work.
Do you offer exterior washing or ceramic coating?
Not right now. We are focused on doing mobile interior detailing really well.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in Canadian dollars and taxes are included.
