Grand Slam Co ("we") collects only the information you give us through our booking and quote forms, phone calls, texts and email: typically your name, phone number, email address, service address and details about the job.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform the work, send confirmations and invoices, and follow up about your service. We don't sell your information.

Where it's stored

Booking requests are stored in our customer management system (hosted on Google Firebase) and confirmation emails are sent through our email provider (Resend). Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf.

Customer accounts

Accounts are optional. If you create one, Google Firebase Authentication stores your name, email and a password (we never see it). Your account shows a copy of your own bookings and repeat plans that match your confirmed email address: service, date, time, address and status. It never shows prices, internal notes or anyone else's information. Requests you send from your account (time changes, skips, plan changes) are stored so our team can respond. To close your account and remove this information, contact us.
