How does payment work?
Most services are paid after the work is completed. Hotel and motel projects use a 50% deposit to secure the project, with the remaining balance due after completion. We accept Stripe, e-transfer and cash.

What areas do you serve?
Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville at no extra travel cost. Anywhere else in Saskatchewan, mileage is $0.75/km round trip, quoted upfront and confirmed before we book.
What hours are you open?
We book 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including evenings and overnight.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, for cleaning, pressure washing and detailing. For property repair work we bring the tools; the property supplies materials such as paint or caulk.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it at no charge. This applies to our cleaning work.
What's your cancellation policy?
No fee with at least 4 hours' notice. If we arrive and can't get in, we may charge the minimum for the time we held for you.
Do repeat customers get a discount?
Yes. $25 off for referring a friend, 20% off your fifth clean, and $30 off when you bundle a clean with moving help or assembly. Just mention it when you book.
Is the price I see the final price?
Prices on the site are our published rates. We confirm the exact price for your job before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
